We may collect and process the following information about you and your requests:

  1. information that you provide to us when you fill out forms on the Site, use our app, social channels, email, phone etc;
  2. information that you submit when you place an order for our services (including your name, email address, pickup and delivery address, receiving party’s name, age, interests, phone number, demographic information, date of birth, financial information for financial transactions, ;
  3. information about you which you include in any/all communication or letters that you send to us;
  4. information about your usage of our services including cryptocurrency wallet addresses in use;
  5. information about your mobile device or computer, which may include your IP address, mac address, unique device number, geographical location, device operating system, apps in use and browser type, referring and exit sites and URL lists, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our internal usage, with necessary partners as to be able to fulfill your request.
  6. all information such as Passport, Proof of Address, Proof of Funds, National Identity card/number and relevant documentation, to obtain and maintain all relevant financial regulations such as Know Your Business/Know Your Customer (KYB/KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Terrorism Financing (TF)

Our Sites and solutions may use a unique tracking code to support Google Display Advertising enabling Google Analytics to collect traffic data by using our cookies. This is in addition to the data collected through the standard Google Analytics implementation allowing the Remarketing feature based on Display Advertising from Google. It is with this feature that we use Remarketing with Google Analytics to advertise online adhering to the Google Adwords Remarketing Policy and its sensitive category restrictions.


Visitors to our Site  can always opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customise Google Display Network ads using the Ads Preferences Manager. In addition, Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on allows you to choose how your data is collected and can be installed direct in your browser.
