Djenee have packaged a special offer for Eurocard Platinum and Eurocard Gold Credit card holders.

When credit card holders  have technical problems at home with i.e network router, WiFi or PC, they can easily contact Djenee and get help onsite at home or remotely. Djenee sends a technical resource to the customer to help out with any problem. If there are minor faults that can be fixed within 30 minutes, the technician will solve it on-site at no additional cost. Should it prove that the troubleshooting or the measures are more time consuming and that additional or new equipment has to be obtained, customer will receive an updated cost proposal from Djenee.
